An FIR has been registered against Sukhpal Singh Khaira, Chairman of All India Kisan Committee and Congress MLA from Bhulatth assembly constituency on the complaint of SDM Bhulatth Sanjeev Kumar in police station Bhulatth.
In his complaint to the police, SDM Bhultha said that on March 29, Sukhpal Khaira reached his office along with his colleagues with a complaint of girdavari regarding the loss of crops and threatened him. He also did all this live on Facebook, which has hurt his dignity.
On this, the police have registered a case against Khaira in Bhultha police station. While taking action on this, the police have registered a case against Khaira in Bhulatth police station, case number 25 under sections 186, 189, 342, 500, 506 IPC.
No arrest has been made so far. Police investigating.
