MACHINES USED IN MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING OF SPURIOUS INSECTICIDE TABLETS SEIZED, ABOUT 5000 BOTTLES AND JARS USED FOR PACKING THE FAKE SALPHOSE TABLETS, 1204 KGS OF FAKE SALPHOSE TABLETS AND 2000 KGS OF UREA USED AS RAW MATERIAL FOR MANUFACTURING SPURIOUS SALPHOSE INSECTICIDE TABLETS SEIZED, THREE ACCUSED INCLUDING OWNER AND MANAGER ARRESTED IN THE CASE

The Special Staff, Outer District has done a splendid work by arresting three people from the area of PS Mundka who were involved in manufacturing. The machines used in manufacturing and packaging of spurious/fake Salphose insecticide tablets recovered. About 5000 bottles and jars used for packing the fake Salphose tablets, 1204 Kgs of fake Salphose tablets and 2000 Kgs of urea used as raw material for manufacturing spurious Salphose insecticide tablets seized.
On 29.04.2023, a secret information was received regarding manufacturing/stock of spurious/fake salphose insecticide tablets in the area of PS Mundka. Acting on the information, a dedicated team comprising SI Ankit, ASI Rajkumar, ASI Jaswant, ASI Sunil, ASI Shakti, HC Ombir and Ct. Manjeet led by Inspector Praveen Kumar, Special Staff, was constituted under the supervision of Sh. Arun Kumar Chaudhary, ACP/Ops.(SUBHEAD)
The team developed further secret information and a raid was conducted along with the Insecticide Inspector, Sh. Satyavir Sharma, in a factory at KH. No. 109/3, Main Mundka-Ranhola road, Near Naresh Dharam Katta, Mundka village, Delhi where huge quantities of cartons containing fake Salphose tablets and machines used in manufacturing and packaging of spurious/fake Salphose insecticide tablets were found.
On the complaint of Sh. Satyavir Sharma, Insecticide Inspector, a case vide FIR No. 348/23 dt. 29.04.23 u/s 29 Insecticide Act and 420 IPC was registered at PS Mundka. Owner of the factory was identified as Sandeep S/o Naresh Chand R/o H.NO. 1080, WN-26, Rohtak, Haryana. Three accused persons including the owner of the factory have been arrested in the case.
INTERROGATION: Mr. Harendra Singh, IPS, DCP, Outer Distt, said, during sustained interrogation, owner of the factory Sandeep disclosed that previously he used to work in a factory which manufactured insecticides and based on that experience he thought about manufacturing the spurious insecticide in order to accrue large profit.
