In the valedictory session of the Media Conference organised by the Media Wing of Brahmakumaris atGyan Sarovar in Mount Abu on the subject of responsibility of media for national development, it was unanimously accepted in the action plan that at present, media needs to be made the best means of change and a powerful medium of inspiration. If journalism based on truth is ensured then no power in the world can obstruct the mission of media for the betterment of humanity.
While conducting the closing session organized under the chairmanship of BK Mruthyunjaya, executive secretary of the organization, Madhuban News Channel editor BK Komal said that at present, by preventing social media from spreading fake news and by protecting oneself from fact-less journalism, negative news can be controlled. Without value-based journalism, it would be difficult to change the present state of the society.(SUBHEAD)
