Addressing a conference organized at Shantivan Abu Road, the Brahma Kumaris headquarters, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that whenever I come to the Brahma Kumaris, I find a new spiritual feeling. There is a continuous increase in the blessings of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and the love of the Dadis.
The PM said that what I have expected from you for the country, you have done more than your efforts. This has multiplied my faith. Many campaigns are being run by Brahma Kumaris for social welfare. In the cleanliness campaign, Dadi Janki ji as the brand ambassador of cleanliness and her team brought awareness among the people. Brahma Kumaris are engaged in social welfare by becoming a source of inspiration from health awareness to Jal Jan Abhiyan, Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, drug free India campaign.(SUBHEAD)
The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of three projects of Brahma Kumaris – Global Institute of Health Science Hospital, second phase of Old Age Home and extension of Nursing College by pressing the remote button.
He said, “I have been a witness to the devotion and service of the Brahma Kumaris sisters since the Gujarat earthquake. The work done by the sisters during the earthquake in Gujarat was inspiring. They left no stone unturned in fulfilling what I expected of you for the country.”
Modi said that all BKs are sources of inspiration. As a spiritual institution, Brahma Kumaris have been working to strengthen moral values in the society and do social service. Through the Global Charitable Hospital and Research Center located at Mount Abu, health camps and blood donation camps are organized in every village, this benefits the society. The hospital, which has been resolved to be built, will work to improve the health sector.
Calling for the promotion of Millets, Modi said that we have to clean the rivers. I hope that in future also the Brahma Kumari sisters will take forward the subjects related to nation building.
