The district administration is launching a new public relations program titled 'Your administration, with you' to further strengthen the bond with the people of the district.
While sharing the details, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal IAS said that the program has been drawn up according to the instructions given by the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to solve people's problems in a more effective and hassle-free manner.
She said that under this program, the people of the district will be able to register their questions regarding public problems on the Deputy Commissioner's office's Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/DCFazilka), Twitter handle (@Dfzk2022) or Instagram account (@deputy_commissioner_fazilka).(SUBHEAD)
Every Tuesday, the Deputy Commissioner herself or a senior officer of the district will give answers to 10 questions of public interest on the Deputy Commissioner's office's Facebook page, Twitter handle, Instagram and DPRO office's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@dprofazilka) . This program will be aired on social media platforms every Tuesday at 7 pm.
The DC said that the objective of this program is to establish two-way communication with people. She said that often we from the administration keep sharing information about government schemes and other activities of the government to the people through various means of communication, but this effort has been made to strengthen the system of communication from the people's side to the district administration side.
Dr. Senu Duggal said that under this new program, a post will be shared every week on the Facebook page, Twitter handle or Instagram of the Deputy Commissioner's office, on which people will be able to write questions related to their public interest as comments. Among these, 10 important questions will be answered by the administration on Tuesday. She said that in this way the administration will be able to understand the problems of the people and solve them in a better way.
