PUNJAB POLICE SENIOR COP BRINGS LAURELS

Senior constable Lakhwinder Singh, who is currently serving as Naib Court in the judicial court here, has brought laurels to the Punjab Police by winning the Gold Medal in Javelin Throw competition while participating in the Police Games held in Canada. 

SSP Manjit Singh Dhesi said that Punjab Police is proud of youths like Lakhwinder Singh and he prays to the Almighty that Lakhwinder should continue to bring laurels to the Punjab Police and his family along with the state by taking active part in sports. 

(SUBHEAD)MLA Sandeep Jakhar has also congratulated Lakhwinder and said that such achievers are a source of inspiration for the budding sportspersons. 

According to the information, Lakhwinder Singh represented the Indian Police team at the Police Games held in Canada in which players from about 70 countries participated.
