ANMOL RATTAN, RAJIV SHARMA AND RANJAN SETHI ELECTED COA OFFICIALS

Senior Advocate, former Advocate General of Punjab and President of Chandigarh Rowing Association Dr Anmol Rattan Sidhu has been elected as President of Chandigarh Olympic Association in the special general house meeting which was called by Chandigarh Olympic Association at Hotel Hyatt Centric Chandigarh.

Advocate Rajiv Sharma and Ranjan Sethi were elected Senior Vice President and Treasurer, respectively.

Jayant Atreya was elected as an Executive member. Advocate Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary the appointed returning officer declared the results.

Speaking here on the occasion Dr Anmol Rattan Sidhu said that he would leave no stone unturned for the betterment of the sports associations and sports persons of Chandigarh.

Suraj Pal Singh was the observer from the Indian Olympic Association. Dharmendra Singh Mehta was an observer from Chandigarh Sports Department and Council.

A total of 27 state sports- affiliated associations took part in the special general house meeting of the Chandigarh Olympic Association.
