Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, inaugurated Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) vans as part of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra campaign in Una district, today. The launch, held at the Zila Parishad Bhawan, marks a significant step towards regional development and public awareness.
The event coincided with the nationwide launch of the 'Drone Didi' Yojana, a scheme aimed at providing drone operating skills to women of self-help groups. These skills will transform the delivery of pesticides and urea in agricultural fields through the use of drones. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his address, emphasized the importance of developing the country and transforming the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra into a people's movement to ensure the success of all schemes for the welfare of the poor.
