Three students of LRS DAV Sr Sec Model School here have won six medals in the 67th School National Games in the Archery Competition held in Nadiad, Gujarat. They were warmly welcomed as they returned home.
Principal Smita Sharma said that Dev Arjun won gold medal, Aakriti won gold, silver and bronze and Keshav Rajoria has won gold and bronze in different events in the U-19 category. Earlier Dev Arjun had won a silver medal in the 43rd Junior National Archery Championship in Bharatpur Rajasthan in November.
DAV College Managing Committee vice president Dev Mittar Ahuja congratulated the budding winners and archery coach Ravi Kumar and hoped they would shine at international level in the future.
