ARORA’S EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE WITH 100 PERCENT ATTENDANCE IN WINTER SESSION OF RS

MP (Rajya Sabha) from Ludhiana Sanjeev Arora has given excellent performance with 100% attendance in recently concluded Winter Session of Rajya Sabha.

His report card shows that he attended every day during the winter session of Parliament. Thus, showing his commitment towards his duties and responsibilities as a responsible Parliamentarian. His performance has become exemplary for many others in the Parliament.

During the whole winter session, he asked a total 19 questions in varied issues related to Health, Home, Civil Aviation, Textile, Finance, and a few other ministries. In health questions, he asked about Ayushman Scheme, cheaper cancer drugs and treatment of heart patients in golden hour.

He also took up two matters of urgent importance during zero hour which included reeling of Textile Industry and Ayushman Scheme.

Arora also spoke on J&K Bill and Post Office Bill. All his suggestions were well taken by concerned Ministers.

During sessions he also called up Ministers for Health, Labour, Finance and Foreign Affairs to discuss pending issues of the State of Punjab.

Other than the attack on Parliament and the suspension of MPs he was satisfied with the work of Parliament in the first half of the session.

Arora said, “I always try to take up issues of larger public interest in the Parliament”, adding these issues are brought to him from various nook and corner of the Punjab and other parts of the country. He said he always go through thoroughly the feedback given to him by people through memorandums, seminars, debates etc and then finalise the issues on its priority in the Parliament.
