On 29.02.204 the team working on secret information laid down Naka near Gau Shala, Indl. Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh to nab the culprits.
During Naka the police party nabbed the accused person Arun Pal S/o Khem Pal R/o # 2132/1, Pipli Wala Town, Mani Majra, Chandigarh, Age 18 years (driver) & apprehended one juvenile (pillion rider) on the stolen case property M/cycle bearing registration no. CH01AP-7568 of e-FIR no. 189/2024, PS-Indl. Area.
During investigation juvenile sent to juvenile home and accused Arun Pal is being sent to judicial custody. During the course of investigation the stolen motorcycle CH01AP-7568 along with two other stolen motorcycles has been recovered on his instance.
Above said motorcycle no. CH01AP-7568 stolen in case e-FIR no. 189/2024, PS-Indl. Area., . Motorcycle no. CH01AP-1866 stolen in case e-FIR no. 752/2022, PS-Indl. Area., 3. Motorcycle no. CH01AM-4749 stolen in case e-FIR no. 187/2024, PS-IT Park.
During further questioning accused Arun Pal disclosed that they also stolen two other motorcycles bearing no. CH01AH-7623 stolen in case e-FIR no. 117/2024, PS-26 & CH01AU-8138 stolen in case e-FIR no. 200/2024, PS-MM, which were impounded by Solan Police in traffic violations. In this regard intimation to the concerned police stations has already given to get possession of their case properties from Solan Police.
