Team NDR, Crime Branch has arrested one accused person namely Neeraj Solanki r/o Village Pooth Kalan, Delhi, Age-32 years, who was absconding in a murder case registered vide FIR No. 587/24, dated 21.06.24 u/s 302/304/315/201/34 IPC, PS Sultan Puri, Delhi. Accused was evading himself in Delhi & Haryana by changing his locations regularly.
(MOREPIC1) On 03.06.2024, a PCR call was received at PS Sultanpuri, Delhi that “CALLER KE JIJA NE APNI 3 DIN KI TWINS LADKIYO KO MAR KAR SAMSAN GHAT ME DAFNA DIYA HAI”. After that police staff was deployed at cremation ground where children were buried and permission was taken from concerned SDM for exhume the corpse of twins. On 05.06.2024 after getting permission, corpse of twins was exhumed. On 05.06.2024, bodies were preserved at mortuary, SGMH, Mangolpuri, Delhi.
On 06.06.2024, post mortem of corpse of twins were got conducted and bodies were handed over to maternal uncle. After that on the complaint of P (Mother of deceased) r/o Village Ismila, Rohtak, the case was registered.
TEAM & OPERATION : A team of NDR, Crime Branch was tasked to trace out absconding criminals of heinous cases. The team worked relentlessly on tracing absconding accused Neeraj Solanki (father) on all aspects and gathered manual as well as technical information.
(SUBHEAD)Mr. Amit Goel, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch said, during preliminary investigation, surveillance was mounted, local sources as well as technical information was developed and teams were detailed. Insps Yogesh & Vinod Yadav along with their team gathered information about the whereabouts of the absconding accused. SIs Dipender, Devi Dayal & Imran and HC Parmanand further gathered technical information about the absconding accused Neeraj Solanki.
On the basis of information gathered, HC Rajbir analyzed scores of technical data and it was noticed that accused person was changing his mobile handset, SIMs and hideouts frequently to dodge police and to evade his arrest. Due to dedicated, speedy & precise technical analysis, current hideout/location of accused was zeroed.
A team comprising of SIs Dipender, Imran Khan, Gurmeet Singh & Devi Dayal, ASI Umardeen, HCs Parmanand, Ashish, Ram Naresh & Rajbir and Ct. Kuldeep was constituted under the supervision of Insps Yogesh & Vinod Yadav and overall supervision of ACP Umesh Barthwal, ACP/NDR, Crime Branch, Delhi. The team conducted raids at various places in Delhi and Haryana in search of accused. Incessant efforts of team paid off and accused Neeraj Solanki was apprehended from Sampla, Rohtak, Haryana. During interrogation, he confessed his involvement in the above-mentioned case and subsequently, he was arrested under appropriate sections of law.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED: Accused Neeraj Solanki is a graduate from Delhi University but he is doing nothing and he survives on his rented properties.
