The National Medical Commission (NMC) has approved a PG course in MD in 7 subjects for Tantia Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Sriganganagar.
Deputy Director (Medical Education) Gurbhajan Singh said that for the session 2024-25, eight seats have been approved for Pathology, six for Microbiology, four each for Pharmacology, Physiology, Anatomy, Community Medicine and three for Forensics.
Dean Dr. Sankalp Dwivedi said that 150 seats were reserved in Tantia Medical College in the session 2021-22 and the process of admission to MBBS from NEET qualified students was started. This is the first private medical in Bikaner division. Tantia Medical College is also authorized for internship of Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG).
Now with the starting of the PG course in Medical Sciences the development of the area will further accelerate. There will be a lot of expansion in medical and health services, property prices have already started increasing.
