TUSHAR AND TULIP PUBLICATION PARTNER TUSHAR GOYAL WAS THE KING PIN

 40 Kg HYDROPONIC MARIJUANA OF THAILAND ALSO SEIZED, THE RECOVERED NARCOTICS SUBSTANCE WERE SMUGGLED FROM ABROAD.

A team of TYR/Special Cell, Delhi Police led by Inspector Rahul Kumar and Inspector Vineet Kumar Tewatia under the supervision of Sh Amit Kaushik, DCP Special Cell (TYR) and close direction of ACP Kailash Singh Bisht has busted an international Narcotics cartel by seizing a huge haul of Narcotics Substance Cocaine and Hydroponic Marijuana and apprehending four below mentioned individuals, who are the main key players in the drug trafficking ring.

The apprehension of these drug traffickers marks a major breakthrough in efforts of Special Cell to disrupt and dismantle organized crime syndicates involved in drug trafficking. The operation was meticulously planned and executed over a period of three months.

ARRESTED PERSONS: Tushar Goyal s/o Subhash Goyal r/o Vasant Enclave, New Delhi, Age 40 years
Himanshu Kumar s/o Radhe Shyam Dubey r/o Hind Vihar, Prem Nagar, Kirari, Suleman Nagar, Delhi, Age 27 years, Aurangzeb Siddiqui s/o Late Phuena r/o Village Choti Rar, Deoria, UP Present address House of Anu, Vasant Gaon, Delhi, Age 23 years, Bharat Kumar Jain s/o Pyarchand Jain r/o Kasutri Bai Parmar Chawl New Mill Road Shree Krishna Chowk Kurla west Mumbai, Age 48 Years

RECOVERY: Approx 562 Kg Cocaine, Approx. 40 Kg Hydroponic Marijuana (Origin from Pukhet Thailand)
Mobile phones and other incriminating items were seized.

DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION:

The Special Cell, in its continuous campaign against drug suppliers, has busted many narcotic drug cartels in the past by arresting several drug suppliers and recovering huge consignments of Narcotics substance. Accordingly, information about suppliers of narcotic substances and their associates active in Delhi/NCR are being collected through various sources.

Mr. Pramod Singh Kushwah, Additional Commissioner of Police, Special Cell, Delhi said, in the first week of August 2024, an input regarding an international narcotic drug cartel involved in the smuggling of Narcotics Substance Cocaine from abroad in Delhi was received from an Intelligence Agency of Central Government. This information was further developed meticulously by the team over a period of 3 months. During this process, members of this cartel were identified, and their activities were kept under discreet surveillance.

OPERATION: On October 1, 2024, team received a specific information about the arrival of a large consignment of drugs at a godown of one accused Tushar Goyal at Mahipalpur Delhi. A big haul of Narcotics Substance Cocaine and Hydroponic Marijuana was seized from the possession of accused persons and godown. Tushar Goyal is the main receiver and distributor of Narco Substance in India for this cartel. Himanshu and Aurangzeb Siddiqui are the main associate of Tushar Goyal. Bharat Kumar Jain came Delhi from Mumbai to receive a consignment of 15 Kg Cocaine from Tushar Goyal. The main kingpin of this drug cartel identified so far is operating from a Middle East country. The approx. price of recovered Cocaine in international market is 10 Crore per Kg and Hydroponic Marijuana is 50 Lakh per Kg.

KNOW THE ACCUSED:

Tushar Goyal: He is graduated from IP University, Delhi in 2003. His father running two publications namely Tushar Publication and Tulip Publication in Delhi. After his study he also looked after his father business of Publication. After marriage in 2008, he started work of lesioning and started living a lavish life. Meanwhile he came in contact with the mastermind of cartel at Dubai and involved in the drug cartel.

Himanshu Kumar: He has studied up to class 12th from Delhi. After leaving study he joined gym and start working as bouncer and security man for different persons on daily basis. Later he came in contact with Tushar Goyal and joined his drug cartel.

Aurangzeb Siddiqui: He is a permanent resident of Deoaria Uttar Pradesh and has studied up to class 11th from Deoaria. He came to Delhi in search of job and started working as a driver of Tushar household. Later he joined the drug cartel of Tushar.

Bharat Kumar Jain : He has done his studies in Mumbai. Later he came in contact with a drug dealer of Mumbai and joined drug cartel.

Appropriate legal action has been initiated against the apprehended persons and investigation for forward and backward linkages is continued.
