As part of Harit Mahakumbh 2025, the Hariawal Punjab team marked a remarkable achievement in the “Ek Thaila, Ek Thali” mission on January 7, 2025. In an inspiring effort to promote environmental sustainability at the Mahakumbh, Hariawal Punjab, led by convener Mr. Parveen Kumar, has taken a major step by sending thousands of eco-friendly items to Prayagraj.

The first consignment includes a truck loaded with a total of 16,500 steel glasses and 27,000 steel thalis, all made in Jagadhari, Haryana. These items are being sent to reduce single-use plastic and encourage a greener approach during the festival. More trucks are being prepared to be sent shortly before Maha Kumbh 2025 takes place.

(SUBHEAD)Several prominent individuals were present to show their support for the cause. From Fatehgarh Sahib, Sandeep Kashyap, Seema Dhir, Usha Mahawar, and Shashi Garg participated in the event. The transportation of these items was made possible thanks to Agrawal Packers and Movers, who provided their services free of charge. The items were carefully packed and shipped from the Industrial Area in Panchkula..Hariawal Punjab also expressed their heartfelt thanks to Agrawal Packers and Movers for their generous contribution, covering the entire cost of shipping. Their support has been crucial in making this eco-friendly initiative possible.

By replacing single-use plastic with sustainable alternatives, Hariawal Punjab is helping to set an example for others and make the Mahakumbh a more environmentally conscious event. This initiative is about protecting the environment and inspiring everyone to adopt greener habits and reduce their carbon footprint.
