IN YET ANOTHER RECOVERY, FIVE MOBILES RECOVERED FROM JAIL

50 MOBILE PHONES RECOVERED FROM JAIL DURING LAST 13 DAYS

In yet another recovery, five mobile phones have been recovered from the jail. It is pertinent to mention here that during the last 13 days, fifty mobile phones have been recovered from the jail premises.

As per information, during the checking of the barracks, five mobile phones were recovered from the undertrials Manish Kumar, Gurinder Singh and prisoner Gaurav alias Gora. The accused have been booked under section 52-A of Prisons Act at city police station.

Earlier on January 21, eighteen phones were recovered following which six undertrials and a prisoner identified as Dara Singh, Gurlal Singh alias Guri, Kulwinder Singh alias Phamma, Manpreet Singh alias Manpreet, Manpreet Singh alias Ghoni, Gurpreet Singh and Vakeel Singh.

Earlier on January 17, ten mobile phones along with intoxicating material had been recovered from the jail. On January 11, seventeen mobile had been recovered and on December 31, fifteen mobiles had been recovered
