MEERA GROUP STUDENTS DONATE 30 UNITS AT BLOOD CAMP

The students of Meera Medical Institute of Nursing Hospital Abohar have donated 30 units of blood.

Dr. Gauri Shankar Mittal, Chairman of the institute said that in collaboration with Dr. Dikshi Babbar, in-charge of the blood bank, the students of ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing students participated in a camp and donated 30 units of blood. The enthusiasm displayed by the first timers was commendable.

The team of the Blood Bank of Civil Hospital Abohar collected blood units. The event gave the youth an opportunity to serve humanity as there is no greater donation than this. College principal Dr. Ram Swaroop Sharma appreciated the spirit shown by the students who will be ready to serve the country.

The camp was conducted by Dr. Dikshi Babbar under the supervision of Senior Medical Officer Dr. Neerja Gupta of Civil Hospital. Certificates were distributed to all the donors by the blood bank team.
