Indian Railways is conducting a series of programs to honor the Indian Army on the success of Operation Sindoor. As part of this initiative, a special event was organized in Ferozepur Division on May 17 to pay tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers.
During the event, benches at major stations across the division — including Amritsar,Ludhiana, Jalandhar City, Jalandhar Cantt, and Ferozepur — were painted in the dress code colors of the Indian Army. Military honors were also inscribed on these benches, symbolizing the valor and courage of our armed forces.
This special program was held under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager Shri Sanjay Sahu and the leadership of Senior Commercial Manager Shri Paramdeep Singh Saini. Speaking on the occasion, the Divisional Railway Manager stated that this is a commendable initiative by Indian Railways to pay homage to the nation's brave soldiers.
