Velvet Clarks Exotica, Zirakpur–Chandigarh, has announced the 11th edition of its annual Mango Festival, which will be held from July 17 to July 26, 2026, between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM every evening.

The festival celebrates the versatility of the “King of Fruits” through a specially curated menu featuring beverages, salads, main courses and desserts prepared using organically grown mangoes sourced directly from an organic farm.

The menu features a wide range of signature creations, including Mango Lassi, Mango Tango, Mango Mint Raita, Mango Pasta, Roasted Mango Rice, Mango Curry, Mango Kofta, Kacche Aam Ki Sabzi, Mango Malai Roll and Mango Kunafa.

During the media interaction, the culinary team conducted live demonstrations of Mango Pasta and Mango Malai Roll, showcasing the techniques and creativity involved in preparing the festival’s signature dishes.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Maninderjit Singh, General Manager, Velvet Clarks Exotica, said, “The mangoes used during the festival are sourced directly from a 11-acre organic farm where no pesticides are used. Following the ‘Farm to Fork’ concept enables us to serve naturally grown, fresh and flavourful mangoes while supporting sustainable farming practices.”

He added that the Mango Festival, which began in 2015, has become one of the hotel’s signature annual culinary events and continues to receive an enthusiastic response from guests across the Tricity.

The festival showcases several popular mango varieties, including Dasheri, Langra, Desi, Alphonso, Amrapali and Totapuri, each bringing its own distinct flavour and character to the specially designed menu.

Junior Sous Chef Yogesh Rawat and his team also presented a live showcase of signature recipes such as Minty Mango, Mango Tango, Mango Lassi, Thai Mango Salad, Mango Kofta, Kacche Aam Ki Sabzi and Mango Kunafa, giving visitors a glimpse of the innovation behind the festival.

The Mango Festival is expected to attract food lovers from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, offering a unique dining experience centred around seasonal organic mangoes.
