Mr. H.C.Arora, Advocate, sent a notice to Punjab School Education Board, Mohali, saying that the six teachers shown to be employed by Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Midduman are fake. They have never visited the School, but their salaries are being drawn by the management-represented by Narinderpal Singh Randhawa, its President and thus, being retained by the management:They are identified as Gurcharn Singh; Kamaljeet Kaur;  Inderjeet Kaur; Balwinder Singh;  Amandeep Singh and  Soma.

In his notice Mr. Arora said, total salary drawn by the management against names of these 6 fake teachers during the quarter ending June, 2017, was Rs.3,15,000/-. An amount of Rs.12.75 lakh misappropriated by the private management in relation to the aforesaid period is in addition to that. Further salaries against these fake names in quarter ending October, 2017 must be more than the aforesaid amount.

He further said , it  is a matter of shock and regret that Secretary, Punjab Education Development Board, Mohali is showing criminal negligence by allowing such a private partner to continue in management of this school..

Mr. Arora disclosed that a  group of teachers had brought these facts to Punjab School Education Boarod's Member Secretary on 24.8.2017, during a meeting of Adarsh Schools, but instead of ordering investigation into the matter, Member Secretary advised the concerned teachers to go bak to Faridkot and lodge an FIR.
