HARYANA CM GREETS PEOPLE ON DIWALI

The Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal, has extended his heartiest greetings to the people of the state on the eve of the auspicious occasion of Diwali. He also urged them to light a clay oil lamp with the spirit of ‘Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek’ on the Festival of Lights.

In a message issued here today, the Chief Minister conveyed his best wishes for all-round prosperity and bright future of the people and urged them to so celebrate Diwali as not to cause pollution. People should follow the path shown by Lord Rama and enjoy peace, progress and prosperity in life.

The Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu, has also extended his greetings to the people on Diwali and wished that the festival may light up their lives and bring prosperity to them.

In a separate message, the Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Mr O P Dhankar, has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Diwali and wished that the festival may bring peace, progress and prosperity to the people of the state.
