"The unique aspect of Himuday is that it an affordable housing for Himachal residents with a focus also on the brave Himachalis, who are in the defence forces, to address their real need of home away from home."Said Ajay Chandel, Promoter of Himuday.

As a part of the special housing project for Himachalis, Himuday organized “Offer of Possession”, a celebration to offer dream homes to the people of Himachal, including esteemed members with defence background, who have already registered themselves with Himuday. The event was organised at Ramgarh Heritage, Sec 28, Panchkula. MLA of Panchkula, Mr. Gyan Chand Gupta graced the occasion with his presence. The event saw possession to  36 out of 66 houses being given. Former Chief Minister of HP Prem Kumar Dhumal  congratulated the society members & promoters while sending his best wishes & blessings for the project.

“Need for children's higher education, medical requirements (proximity to medical institutions like PGI), shopping & entertainment options  and requirement for a second home in the plains, makes Chandigarh and whole of Tri-city a preferred option and also the best investment opportunity for HP residents. Taking the responsibility to fulfil this dream of Himachalis, Himuday Housing came up with its unique concept of comfortable homes.”, said Hemant Dogra, the other promoter.

Adds Ajay Chandel, "It is an effort to make Himachalis live in vicinity with Himachali people, where they can feel homely with all the required facilities even after being away from their actual hometown in hills.
