TRANSPORT COMPANY MEN WENT TO BEHAR TO DELIVER RIMS WORTH RS. 13 LACS DISAPPEARED, POLICE REGISTERED CASE

A case FIR No. 333, U/S 407 IPC has been registered in PS-Industrial Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Karan Pahwa, Manager, Avon Rims Pvt. Limited, Plot No. 69, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh who alleged that Dinesh Kumar, partner of Kush Transport Company, Railway Station Road, Village Dariya, Chandigarh and Partap & Vikas (drivers) loaded 425 bundles containing 4688 pcs of rims worth of value of Rs.13,33,577 in their vehicles No. HR67A7695 & HR-63-C-7747 to deliver goods at Patna, Bihar.

Further, they received Rs.58,500/- as freight charges from complainant’s company to deliver these goods. That after taking delivery and Rs.58,500/- from applicant the alleged persons disappeared and hidden themselves. Investigation of the case is in progress.
