HARYANA CM SUSPENDS SI BALRAJ SINGH AND NARESH KUMAR ON THEFT OF LIQUOR AT MURTHAL

Following the complaint regarding theft of liquor by Sub Inspector Balraj Singh and Naresh Kumar at Murthal, the Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has ordered suspension of both officers. Taking cognizance of the complaints received on CM Window, orders have been issued to suspend one officer, to chargesheet one officer and to get registered FIRs in separate cases.

This was informed by Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Dr. Rakesh Gupta and OSD to Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupeshwar Dayal while presiding over meeting of CM Window with Nodal Officers, here today.

Taking action on the complaint received regarding corruption in Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Dr. Gupta directed to suspend Rakesh Kumar, Accountant posted at Rewari. A complaint was received under Town and Country Planning Department that SRS Real Estate Private Limited had received certificate on the basis of fake documents and the same has been proved in departmental inquiry. Following this, Dr. Gupta directed to get registered FIR against SRS Real Estate Private Limited.

Regarding a complaint of Agriculture Department on CM Window, directions were issued to take action against DHO for irregularities in grant-in-aid being given for beekeeping and get registered criminal case against the supplier. Taking action on a complaint of Revenue Department, it was directed to chargesheet the erring tehsildar by conducting disciplinary action against him.

On a complaint pertaining to Urban Local Bodies Department, directions were issued to get registered FIR against former MC Chairman. Similarly, taking action on a complaint related to Town and Country Planning Department, directions were issued to take the maintenance work of Rosewood City in Sector 48 of Gurugram from the builder concerned through the Deputy Commissioner and handover it to Resident Welfare Association. Apart from this, directions were also issued to take action against two schools which were functioning without any affiliation in Fatehabad.
