CHANDIGARH POLICE CRACK DOWN ON CHEATERS FOUR CASES REGISTERED

Policed have registered four case against cheaters for teaching innoncent persons. According to police case FIR No. 272, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Amarjit Singh R/o # 40, Ward No. 5, Mohalla Noongara, Kurali, Kharar, Mohali, (PB) alleged that Deepak Bakshi R/o SCO No. 46-47, Second Floor, Sector-9/D, Chandigarh cheated Rs. 1,65,000/- for sending complainant’s son to abroad and he also falsely prepared wrong and illegal bank statement for showing the balance in account due to which the VISA to US was rejected by the Embassy.

In second case FIR No. 248, U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the complaint of Baldev Singh R/o # 705, Sector-7, Chandigarh who alleged that Sushil Gandhi R/o # 302, Royal Empire Peer Mushalla, Zirakpur, (PB) sold Fortuner car No. CH01AX3330 to complainant and taken Rs. 10 lakhs in year 2015 but he neither handover the vehicle and nor return his money and absconding since then.

In third cases FIR No. 276, U/S 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Monika R/o # 2886/2, Housing Board Flats, Sector-49/C, Chandigarh who alleged that Pankaj R/o Airwings Aviation Academy, Empire Overseas Office No. 323, 3rd floor, Global Business Park, Zirakpur, (PB) & others cheated complainant and other persons for providing work permit and visa to abroad. Investigation of the case is in progress.

In an other case FIR No. 219, U/S 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sanjiv Kumar Yadav R/o Ward No. 5, Itahari, Distt. Sunsari Nepal who alleged that Dev Kumar Prime R/o Prime consulting, SCO No. 486-487, Sector 35C, Chandigarh (Room No. 206) cheated Rs. 1,45,000/- from complainant to provide visa to Dubai and also to provide employment. He provided fake visa and air tickets to complainant. In all the cases no arrest has been so far. Investigation of the case is in progress.
