Coronavirus LIVE: Global cases rise to 3,400,278; India tally at 37,257. India has created fake information of Covid-19 deaths. And it has fake information of Covid cases. I have very small Questions – These days people are dying with Covid-19-corona virus or no regular death at all.
Good to see life span of people has increased and God has halted other deaths. The Government is trying to hide and avoid information. Either we have good control over Coronavirus or we have lost control on it. The result will come after 20th May 2020, when media from difference sources will start putting on social media, as mainstream media has become the voice of the Government.
How India’s government tries to suppress all Covid-19 reporting? Is not old time joke, it is in trend still. At midnight on 25 March, 1.3 billion Indians were suddenly placed under lockdown by Prime Minister of India with dramatic and comedian speech. A few hours earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had personally asked the owners and editors of the 20 biggest mainstream print media outlets to publish “positive stories” about the crisis and to “act as a link between government and people.

The journalist sabotaged the news. I call them cheerleaders of PMO. After Four days, on 29 March, it emerged that the epidemic in India had officially gone from limited “local transmission” (in which carriers are identified and their contacts can be traced) to “community transmission” (in which it is no longer known who is carrying and transmitting the virus). Which Government was able to hide with the media, and playing other kind of news on channels. Are these journalist doing justice to their job.
But this information, of absolutely fundamental public interest, was not revealed in a government press release or at a press conference. It was inadvertently leaked in a health ministry directive to health professionals about operational procedures.
But the Prime Minister’s Office and Health Department of Government continued to publicly maintain that India was still in the lower phase of limited local transmission. In reaction to this flagrant and dangerous disinformation, 20 journalists specializing in covering health issues addressed ten key questions to the government on 30 March about its handling of the crisis and the lockdown.
They received no response. And they were forced to remain silent. Modi played the game, he knew, despite lock-down and downplaying corona virus, he extended lock down, you know why because this liar Government knew – it has reached phase three. And who is responsible, The Government and Delhi Police who were busy in doing riots on the behest of Government. That was the right time to enforce lock-down with pe-informations to people and pre help to poor’s by putting them in shelters nad trains to go back home if needed, the death on road could be avoided. Police is able to manage the deaths of stranded workers. It’s heinous. It’s killing. It’s shameful.(Dr . Manju Dagar is an International Journalist)
