In the early days of Hindi journalism, most of the editors of newspapers and magazines were writers. Even at present, journalism cannot be imagined by keeping literature and culture aside. The truth is that literature and culture live at the core of Hindi journalism.

Anil Saxena, founder of Rajasthan Media Action Forum, said this in a seminar on 'Indian Literature, Culture and Media' in Sriganganagar on Sunday. He said that literature introduces the culture of its region and society and the media disseminates it.

Raj Kumar Jain said that there have been many changes in journalism in the last three decades. Even though the facilities in journalism have increased, the responsibilities of journalists have also increased. Dr. Krishan Kumar Ashu said that literature plays an important role in maintaining the democratic system because only literature gives you the opportunity to express your views freely.
