Chandigarh Police continuing its drive against Drug Traffickers/suppliers active in Chandigarh. The team of Police Station-36 Chandigarh under the direction and supervision of senior officers achieved a major success by arresting the accused Malkit Singh @ Billu S/o Paramjit Singh R/o VPO. Bath, District Tarn Taran, PB Age- 28 Years in case FIR No. 83, Dt 27.04.2024 U/S 21 NDPS Act, Police Station-36, UT, Chandigarh and total 61gram heroin has been recovered from his possession.

During checking one polythene pouch containing 61gram heroin recovered from his possessionwithout any license or permit.

Accused produced before the Hon’ble Court on 28.04.2024 and three days police remand obtained. The further investigation of the case is going on.
