A case FIR No. 168, U/S 406, 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Kishan Singh R/o # 2554 Sector-49C, Chandigarh and others against Owner/ Proprietor of Sparx Overseas, SCO No. 85-86, 3rd floor, Sector-34A, Chandigarh.
The complaintant reported that alleged persons cheated Rs. 22.80 lakh from complainant’s regarding providing work visa of Singapore and Dubai in September 2021.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
