A case FIR No. 165, U/S 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Ludhiana, Punjab who alleged that against Gurpreet Singh Randhawa, MD Director, Blue Sapphire Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd., SCO No. 58-59, GF, Sector-34A, Chandigarh
The Complainant Ludhiana Resident reported that alleged persons cheated Rs. 20,47,810/- regarding providing work visa of Canada to the complainant between 02.03.2019 to 05.12.2020.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
