In a remarkable initiative aimed at fostering unity and nurturing the aspirations of the youth, a National Integration Tour under Operation Sadbhavana is currently underway from 21 September to 5 October 2023 with a brief stopover in Jaipur for two days. This group of 25 students hailing from Zanskar Valley in Ladakh, comprises 13 girls, 12 boys along with teaching staff and a team of Indian Army personnel.

The tour commenced its journey from Zanskar Valley and reached Jaipur via Chandigarh & Delhi. During the visit to Jaipur, the students interacted with Lt Gen BS Raju, Army Commander Sapta Shakti Command who talked about the essence of national integration, nation building, high values and the highs of career in the Armed Forces. While visiting the city of Jaipur, the students explored historical heritage sites to include Hawa Mahal, Nahargarh Fort and Jantar Mantar.

The National Integration Tour serves as a testament to the Indian Army's commitment to nurturing the potential of our youth and strengthening the fabric of national unity. Operation Sadbhavana continues to provide an opportunity to our youth towards their empowerment to envision a future filled with purpose & patriotism.
