2 SOPHISTICATED SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOLS .32 BORE, USED IN COMMISSION OF CRIME RECOVERED, 06 LIVE CARTRIDGES .32 BORE RECOVERED., 2 MOTORCYCLES USED IN THE COMMISSION OF CRIME ALSO RECOVERED., THEY FIRED THE SHOTS TO RECOVER THEIR AMOUNT LOANED TO THE SON OF COMPLAINANT IN THIS CASE.

With the arrest of five accused namely 1.Saqib @ Bhura Shooter S/o Aas Mohammad, R/o Old Mustafabad, Delhi, Age- 23 years. 2. Sam @ Kaif S/o Late Mohd. Zama, R/o Old Mustafabad, Delhi, Age 23 years. 3. Sajid @ Aalu S/o Nisar Ahmed, R/o Babu Nagar, Old Mustafabad, Delhi, Age 23 years. 4. Sabir @ Ikrar Hussain S/o Abrar Hussain, R/o Brijpuri, Delhi, Age 39 years and 5. Samad @ Asif S/o Iqbal, R/o New Mustafabad, Delhi, Age- 25 years and recovery of 02 sophisticated Semi-Automatic pistols & 06 live cartridges .32 bore, team PS Dayalpur solved the firing case of Dayalpur vide FIR No. 598/23 dated 25.08.2023 U/S 307/34 IPC & 27/54/59 Arms Act.
On 25.08.23, a firing incident in Gali No. 7, Dayalpur was reported at PS Dayalpur. Immediately, police team reached the spot and found some empty cartridges and lead pieces were also found scattered. The mobile crime team was called for inspection of the scene of crime. The complainant Zahid, age-52 years reported that 04 persons known to him on 02 motorcycles fired on his house. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 598/23 dated 25.08.2023 U/S 307/34 IPC & 27/54/59 Arms Act, PS Dayalpur was registered and investigation was taken up.
A police team, comprising of SI Rocky Katingal, HC Rohit Palsaniya, HC Harender, HC Amrender, HC Afsar Ali, Ct. Amit, Ct. Sandeep Malik, Ct. Jitender & Ct. Gyan Singh and other police officers namely led by Inspector Atul Tyagi, SHO P.S Dayalpur under supervision of Sh. Abhishek Gupta, ACP/Gokalpuri was constituted and briefed to crack the case and arrest the culprits at the earliest.
The police team scanned and analysis CCTV footage of the cameras installed in the vicinity to establish the identity of criminals involved in firing incident. Technical surveillance as well human intelligence was also collected through local deployed sources.
On 26.08.23, on the basis of information collected through various sources, raid was conducted three persons namely Sam @ Kaif, age- 23 years, Sam @ Kaif, age- 23 years & Sajid @ Aalu, age-25 years were arrested from the area near Gali No. 5, 25 futa chowk,, old Mustafabad.
(SUBHEAD)Dr. Joy Tirkey, IPS, DCP, North East Distt. said, uring investigation, they admitted for their crime and disclosed that Saqib @ Bhura and Sajid @ Aalu fired the shots however Sam@ kaif and Samad @ Asif were riding the motorcycle. They fired on the house to recover their money loaned to Javed, son of the complainant in this case.
On sustained interrogation, they further revealed about their 02 associates who remained on watch during the entire episode and supplier of the pistols used in firing. On their instance, raid were conducted and Samad @ Asif, age- 25 years and Sabir @ Ikrar Hussain, age- 39 years were also arrested. 02 Sophisticated Semi-automatic pistols and 06 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of Sabir@ Ikrar. Two motor cycles, No. DL-5SCG-6228 and DL-5SCE-8584 used in the commission of crime were also recovered from their possession.
