GAMC ORGANIZES “GREEN INDEPENDENCE” PROGRAM

On the occasion of Independence Day, a tree plantation program was organized under the title 'Green Independence' by the Department of Political Science at the Gopichand Arya Mahila College here.

About 30students enthusiastically participated in the program. The objective of the program was to get freedom from the environmental problems arising in the present times and to give the message of protecting the environment by planting more and more saplings. Principal Dr. Rekha Sood Handa, while paying tribute to the great heroes of the freedom struggle, made the girl students aware of patriotism and love for the country and inspired them to face the problems in life bravely.

Principal congratulated program director Rita, all the students and offered greetings on Independence Day.
