A case FIR No. 43, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Vishwa Mohan Joshi, Director, National Skill Development Forum, The Institution Of Engineers (INDIA) Nigam Vihar, Shimla, HP against Uday Raj Singh Brar R/o # 30, Mohindra Complex, Patiala (PB) Chairman M/S UK Homes Private Limited (Capital Greens) O/o SCO No. 68-70, Level IV, Sector 17-C Chandigarh,
The Builder Brar and others allured complainant and other persons to purchase and invest in project to purchase residential plots with the dream own dwelling unit at Zirakpur and cheated Rs. 8,43,750/- from complainant for purchase of two residential plots on 10.04.2012.
Alleged persons did not give him possession and nor refund his money till date. No arrest has been made so far.
The nvestigation of the case is in progress.
