THE GANG ARRESTED IS INVOLVED IN MAKING FORGED PASSPORTS, FAKE VISAS, AND OTHER TRAVE DOCUMENTS IN CONNIVANCE WITH THEIR ACCOMPLICE BASED IN DELHI & PUNJAB., ONE INDIAN PASSPORT AND TWO FORGED VISAS FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES RECOVERED

With the arrest of 03 agents, the team of IGI Airport has successfully arrested all the agents involved in the cheating case registered at PS IGI Airport vide FIR No. 501/2022 U/s 420/468/471/120B IPC & 12 PP Act, PS IGI Airport, Delhi.
(MOREPIC1) On 10.11.2022, on the complaint of immigration officials, the above-mentioned case was registered. It was alleged that on the intervening night of 09-10/11/2022 one passenger namely Ritender Singh S/o Rai Singh R/o VPO Tangoli, Distt Kurukshetra, HR approached departure immigration for departure clearance to Phuket Thailand. On scrutiny of his passport, it was found that the original pages of his passport No. U9369848 has been replaced with somebody else’s passport to hide the offloaded/ deported stamps and a fake immigration stamp was also found affixed to the said passport. Based on the allegation levied in the complaint the above-mentioned case was registered and the investigation was carried out.
ARREST AND INVESTIGATION
Mr. Ravi Kumar Singh, IPS, DCP, IGI Airport said, during Airport, New Delhi.During the investigation, passenger Ritender Singh was arrested and during custodial interrogation, he disclosed that there were 03 off-loading stamps on his passport, which were affixed by immigration counters at various airports. He was facing problems in departing to other countries. Hence he approached one of his friends Pankaj who further introduced him to an agent Baljinder@Teja.Baljinder told him that he will get the pages on which offloaded stamps are affixed, removed or replaced with pages of some other passport and will further arrange for the VISA of U.K.
To arrest the agents involved in the case and to trace the source of the passport manipulation a dedicated team comprising SI Sudhir Joon, HC Vinit No. 277/A, HC Birju Singh No. 417/A and Ct. Nitin No. 286/A under the leadership of SHO/IGIA Inspr. Yashpal Singh and overall supervision of ACP/IGI Sh. Virender Mor was constituted.(SUBHEAD)
Sincere and meticulous efforts were made to trace the agents involved and multiple raids at their possible hideouts were conducted. Finally, the relentless efforts of the team yielded results, and on 19.12.2022, based on secret information, the accused agent Baljinder @ Teja was arrested from Prem Nagar, Janakpuri, Delhi.
Baljinder @ Teja during custodial interrogation disclosed that in November 2022 Ritender Singh approached him for removing the offloaded stamps from his passport, the deal was fixed for 11 Lakh rupees and in pursuance, he contacted his known agent Harcharn @ Ravi @ Shah to get the pages of the passport of Ritender Singh removed and replaced. He sent the passport images to Harcharan @ Ravi @ Shah who after confirming his accomplice assured him that the pages will be removed and easily replaced.
On 22.12.2022, Ravi @ Harcharan @ Shah was arrested from Dabri New Delhi on the instance of Baljinder @ Teja and during custodial interrogation, Ravi @ Harcharan revealed that in Nov 2022 Teja sent him images of his passport and asked him to get the offloaded stamps removed from the passport. He further offered a handsome amount of money for the same. He further contacted his known agent Jaswinder @ Barmi.
He gave the passport of Ritender to Barmi and after 03-04 days Barmi changed the pages of the passport and returned it. Subsequently on the instance of the Ravi @ Harcharan raid was conducted Jaswinder Singh Burmi was also arrested from Sagarpur, New Delhi and he disclosed that he got the pages of his passport removed with the help of his friend Lucky. Lucky is presently absconding and best efforts are being done to apprehend the absconding agent.

The Agent Baljinder @ Teja was involved in two cases i.e. FIR No. 130/2022 420/468/471/IPC, 12 PP Act PS IGI Airport and FIR No. 357/2011 420/468/471/IPC, 12 PP Act PS IGI Airport
KNOW THE ACCUSED:
Jasvinder Singh Barmi S/o Sh. Sukhdev Singh R/o- RZ- 743 Gali No. 4 Sagarpur ND -110046 Age-60 years is the mastermind of the entire racket. He is a 10th-standard dropout and is in the business of sending people abroad on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. He has links with many agents in India and procures fabricated VISAS and other traveling documents from his counterparts in Punjab and Delhi (Previous Involvements 03).
Bajinder Singh @ Teja S/o Sh. Sardar Milkha Singh Teja R/o – Hno 71/27 1st Floor Janakpuri ND -110058 Age- 61 Years is also an active agent in and previously involved in fake visa and passport cases. (Previous Involvements 02).
Harcharan Singh @ Shah S/o Sh. Balbir Singh R/o –near Gurudwara Bala Sahib Ashram Delhi Age- 40 yrs is the middleman in the present case and his main role is to bring tentative clients who wish to settle abroad by unfair means to the active agents.
The above-said agents are involved in arranging fake VISAS, and travel documents along with their counterparts and they operate across India and abroad. They facilitate people in arranging fake visas through which they can settle down in other countries by unfair means. Further investigation, in this case, is being done as the mastermind is presently in police custody remand and the police teams have been dispatched to arrest the remaining co-associates involved in this case.Further, investigation of the case is in progress.
