A team of WR-I, Crime Branch has arrested 03 Nigerian Nationals, who were actively found involved in drugs supply in Delhi/NCR. Accused persons namely 1. Uche r/o Orlu, Nigeria 2. Obioha Nicholas Chukwuma @ Chibuike r/o Lagos, Nigeria and 3. Emeka Dominic @ Abugo r/o Lagos, Nigeria were staying in Delhi without valid documents.
A secret information was received to the team about drug peddler. Accordingly, the team under the supervision of Sh. Raj Kumar ACP/WR-I, led by Inspr. Satish Kumar comprising of ASI Krishan, ASI Anil, ASI Suresh, ASI Kalyan, HC Sudama, HC Mahipal, HC Ramnivas, HC Aditya, Ct Mehtab laid a trap and accused Uche r/o Nigeria was apprehended and 550 Grams Methaqualone was recovered.
A case vide FIR No. 286/22 u/s 21 NDPS Act was registered at P.S. Crime Branch, Delhi and investigation was taken up. Accused Uche was arrested and during police custody, co-accused Obioha Nicholas Chukwuma @ Chibuike was also arrested from Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar. During Police custody accused Obioha Nicholas Chukwuma @ Chibuike disclosed that he had procured the NDPS substance from one Abugo r/o Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar.
The team arrested accused African National Emeka Dominic @ Abugo, 47 years r/o Lagos, Nigeria and 1.025 kg heroin was recovered from his possession.
Mr. Ravindra Singh Yadav, IPS, Special Commissioner of Police, Crime, said all the three accused hailing from Nigeria came to India on business/tourist Visa but did not return back to their country even after expiry of Visa and continued to stay illegally in India. Passports of all the three accused persons have also been recovered.

RECOVERY: 550 Grams of Methaqualone., 1025 Grams of Heroin., Three Passports., Four mobile phones.
