The DC said that if a complaint is mistakenly sent online by a complainant to any other department, then that should be forwarded to the concerned department so that the same can be resolved in time. The officials should check their portal on a daily priority basis and ensure to resolve the complaints received on the portal.

Dr. Duggal said that those who cannot file their problems on an online portal, can also complain on helpline number 1100. By filing a complaint on the 1100 number, the concerned department will resolve it. People should take maximum advantage of this service and get their government work done.
