(MOREPIC1)There was a ruckus at Chandigarh University in Mohali, Punjab on Saturday late night when a video taking bath goes viral by a female co students. The girl said to be a bonafide of Himachal and studying in this University.
Agitating girls have also accused the university management of suppressing the matter instead of taking action. As a precautionary measure, police have been deployed in the entire area. Due to the issue related to girls, senior officers camping in campus.
The girl got made a video viral of about 60 girl students taking a bath and shared with her boy friend living in Shimla. He made it viral on social media. When this came to light, at least eight girl students attempted suicide, who were immediately admitted to the Local hospital.(SUBHEAD)
The girl who sent the video and her friend who made it viral are from Himachal. The police has taken the girl student who sent the video into custody. She was also questioned by the female staff of the university.
The police arrived as soon as the incident happened at around 2.30 pm. However, in anger, the girls also got angry at the police. They also opposed the police and vandalized their vehicles. The situation and atmosphere in the campus is tense but under control.
The most important thing in this matter is now the issue of making videos of girl students continuously. The student was making this video for a long time. What was the purpose of collecting these videos? The police has started investigation in this regard. Police has started action to nab the accused friend who lives in Shimla. This girl is also from Himachal and the boy is also from there. So why did these two do this? Many questions are being raised regarding this.
The girls who tried to commit suicide had seen their video on social media. After this, all those 8 girl students have been admitted to different hospitals. One of the girls is in critical condition. The police have called all the families there.
Initial investigation revealed that this girl was making videos of girl students for a long time, which she was sending to her friend in Shimla. That friend has now made this video viral. On knowing this, the anger of the girls broke out.
