WB VIOLENCE: SUNIL JAKHAR INCLUDED IN BJP INQUIRY PANEL

After joining Bharatiya Janta Party few months back, former PPCC president and ex MP Sunil Jakhar has been given the first task by the saffron party.

In a communication issued by BJP’s national secretary Arun Singh has informed that party chief JP Nadda has formed a five-member committee to conduct an on-the-spot inquiry about the violence in West Bengal during which BJP workers were thrashed brutally.

The committee headed by Rajya Sabha MP and former UP DGP Brij Lal will have Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore MP, Aprajita Sarangi MP, Sameer Oraon MP and Sunil Jakhar Ex-MP as members.

The committee will visit the spot of violence and submit its report to the national president soon. The party has condemned the violence and expressed serious concern over it.
