National sports Day to mark Birth anniversary of Hockey Wizard Major Dhyan Chand was celebrated in full zest and spirit by 55 BN Border Security Force near the international border and within its Campus at BN HQ Abohar.
Various volleyball matches with border population were conducted by its deployed Company's all along from BOP Chakmira to BOP Nejeke.
Further a volleyball match and Tug of War between troops at BN HQ was also conducted. Commandant KN Tripathi briefed the troops on the importance and values of games in building team spirit, physical fitness and release of all toxic and negative vibes. All matches were very exciting and were enjoyed by participants and spectators.
