POSITIVE EFFECTS OF MISSION AABAD 30 COME TO FORE

With progressive vision of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Fazilka district administration has launched the mission AABAD 30 (Absolute Boarder Area Development) a month ago. Under this the district administration today organized AABAD Suvidha Camps in two border villages Fattuwala and Teja Ruhela, in which people enthusiastically participated to avail the services at their doorsteps. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal and SSP Bhupinder Singh interacted with people.

DC Aggarwal said that the people of the border villages always give immense support to our security forces in this border area. These camps are being organised to provide services to people on their doorsteps.

Under mission AABAD 30, administration will not provide only public services but the holistic development of the district will also be a priority. New initiatives are also being taken for the socio-economic development of the people. Farmers are being trained in area of agriculture, animal husbandry, fish farming, horticulture so that they can generate sound income.

SSP Bhupinder Singh said that the police are working to make aware youth about recruitment in the security forces and drive against drugs is also on full swing. SDM Jalalabad Ravinder Singh Arora said that many people availed the benefit of government servicesin the camps.

While expressing gratitude for the administration for arranging such camps. Ram Piyari, a resident of village Fattuwala, said she applied for the income certificate in the morning during the camp, got it on same day. She said that it these camps will give big relief. More than 900 people from two villages availed the services.
