NO RELIEF TO SANGAT SINGH GILZIAN IN CORRUPTION CASE, NEXT HEARING ON JULY 4

Punjab and High Court on Wednesday did not gives relief to Former Minister Sangat Singh Giljian of congress regime, who has been nominated in the corruption case in the forest departmen.

Gilzian had a petition in the High Court seeking quashing of the FIR registered against him.

The case was heard today where the high court said, the petitioner should first have file bail application,. Now the case of hearing have been fixed for July 4, but during the period Former Minister was not granted any relief. Hence the arrest may be made at any time during the period.

It may also add that Former Minister Sadhu Singh Dharamsot was also arrested by the Vigilance in the same case and landed jail in judicial custody.
