BSF CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

On the occasion of 8th International Yoga Day, 55 Bn BSF under SHQ Abohar organized a Yoga session at BSF Campus, Hanumangarh road, Azeemgarh. The Event was organized with utmost zeal and enthusiasm.

Ved Prakash Badola, DIG SHQ Abohar, Ashwini Jaggi, Commandant Operations, Karuna Nidhi Tripathi, Commandant 55 Bn BSF alongwith other officers, subordinate officers, other ranks, Ajay Bishnoi, President and Vijay Godara, Secretary Rotary Club and cheerful students of LRS DAV Sr Sec Model School made this event a grand success by their active participation.

DIG Ved Prakash Badolaemphasized the importance of Yoga practice for good physical and mental health and advised to practice Yoga to all the participants in daily life throughout the year to gain the firsthand experience.
