MRS. UNIVERSE ORGANIZATION EVENT HELD IN MANDI. ALSO OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED ITS UPCOMING HIMACHAL PRADESH STATE-LEVEL BEAUTY CONTEST, “DIVALICIOUS MRS INDIA UNIVERSE HIMACHAL PRADESH.”

A grand Felicitation & Launch Event was organized on Saturday by Mrs Universe Organization at the famous River Bank Hotel in Mandi. The event was filled with glamour, honour, and the spirit of women empowerment.
On this special occasion, Smt. Shailja Sharma, who is currently serving as Assistant Commissioner in the Central Zone of Mandi, was honoured with the prestigious title “Divalicious Mrs. Senior India Universe 2026.” She was officially welcomed into the Mrs Universe Organization family by being presented with a crown.
During the event, the organization also officially launched its upcoming Himachal Pradesh state-level beauty contest, “Divalicious Mrs India Universe Himachal Pradesh.”
On this occasion, Smt. Poonam Parmar, an International-level hockey player and currently serving as an Assistant Sales Tax Officer, was announced as the Brand Ambassador of the prestigious contest. She was also honoured with a crown and cash.
Mrs. Poonam Parma, who studied at Govt. School in Sector 18C, Chandigarh. Later studies at 42 Girls College. Later She did Yoga and Naturapthy from Gandh Nidhi Samark, Sector 16 , Chandigarh. She played Hockey from Sports authority of India(SAI) Later she becomes International Hockey player and awarded so many medals.
The crowning ceremony of both dignitaries was conducted by Naresh Madaan, CEO of the Mrs Universe Organization. During the ceremony, he stated that the main objective of the organization is to empower women and provide them with a platform to showcase their talent, confidence, and personality.
Mrs Universe Organization stated that its primary objective is to provide women with a prestigious and inspiring platform in the fields of glamour, fashion, personality development, and women empowerment.
The organization also informed that the winners of this Himachal Pradesh State-Level Contest will get a direct opportunity to participate in the upcoming prestigious National-Level Beauty Contest, Divalicious Mrs India Universe. This will provide women from the state with a golden chance to establish their identity on a national platform.
Mrs. Shailja Sharma and Mrs. Poonam Parmar also jointly expressed their desire to work for the women of Himachal Pradesh for women empowerment, self-confidence, personality grooming, and social awareness. They stated that their aim is to provide women with a platform where they can give new wings to their dreams and create a unique identity for themselves in society.
During this proud and memorable event, several respected women and men from Mandi were also honoured by the Mrs Universe Organization with “Token of Love” mementos.
The atmosphere of the event was filled with enthusiasm, pride, respect, and positivity. All the guests present at the event appreciated the organization’s efforts and described it as a commendable and inspiring step towards women empowerment, talent promotion, and positive social change in Himachal Pradesh.
