In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.
ARRESTED PERSONS: The state case PO namely Akif Ali S/o Anwar Ali Village Bakarwala Teh Partap nagar, District Yamunanagar Haryana has been arrested in case FIR NO 03 dt.13.01.2019 U/s 356, 379, 411, 34 IPC. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Sher Singh JMIC Chandigarh (Duty Magistrate) and sent to judicial custody.
The state case PO namely Rohin S/O Sh Ram Rattan #2842 Sec 25 Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR NO 43/2023 U/s 174A IPC. Accused was declared PO by the court of Dr Ambika Sharma JMIC Chandigarh on dt. 04.04.2025. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Dr Ambika Sharma JMIC Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
One PO namely Ramandeep Kaur w/o Rajinder Singh R/o HNo-2465 Mari wala town Manimajra Chandigarh and Rajinder Singh R/o HNo-2465 Mari wala town Manimajra Chandigarh have been arrested in complaint no.- 2025/ 021189 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court MS Ramandeep Kaur JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.
One PO namely Gobinda s/o Sh.Shri Ram village Boh Disst.Ambala Haryana has been arrested in case no-NACT/1840/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court Sh.Mohit, JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.
One PO namely Kamal Kumar s/o Sh.Sita Ram village.Boh Distt.Ambala Haryana has been arrested in case no- NACT/7783/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court Sh.Mohit, JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.
One PO namely Shankar Kumar S/o Jagdish R/O # 60 village Butrela Chandigarh has been arrested in case no- 2304/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court Shri jasveer Singh JMIC Chandigarh (duty magistrate) and release him on personal Bond.
