SAPTA SHAKTI COMMAND ORGANISES SESSION ON MENTAL HEALTH

Sapta Shakti Command organised an enriching session on Organ Donation, Mental Health and Well-being at Jaipur Military Station in collaboration with Mohan Foundation Jaipur, Citizen Forum and Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation.  

This initiative contributes towards Command’s commitment to the holistic well-being of its personnel and their families and also their social responsibilities. Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command along with all ranks and families of Jaipur Military Station attended the session. 

(SUBHEAD)Mrs Bhavana Jagwani and Prof Amla Batra, shared invaluable insights, fostering a deeper understanding of organ donation. Dr EV Swaminathan and Rajyogini BK Chandrakala, distinguished experts in the field of mental health and wellbeing delivered enlightening lectures on achieving and maintaining positive mental health and wellness aspects. Their sessions provided attendees with practical tools and strategies to strengthen mental health and well-being. 

The Sapta Shakti Command remains dedicated to such initiatives, reflecting its commitment to equip personnel and their families with the resources and knowledge needed to lead healthy & happy lives and contribute towards nation building.
