IMMIGRATION FRAUDS: THREE MORE COMPANIES OWNER BOOKED ON PRETEXT OF PROVIDING VISA

Immigration fraud continue here by fraudstter immigration company. Chandigarh Police booked three more company owners cheating on providing Visa.A Case FIR No. 115 u/s 420, 120B IPC has been registered at Police Station 17 on the complaint of Gaurav, resident of Village Jandheri, District Kurukshetra (Haryana), alleging that the owner and others of SCO No. 60-62, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh cheated him of RS. 1 lakh regarding a visa.  

In another case  Case FIR No. 116 u/s 406, 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station 17 on the complaint of Abhinav Dogra, resident of Dhakoli, District Mohali (Punjab), alleging that Gushan Tyagi, resident of Sector 61, Mohali cheated him of Rs. 5.50 lakh regarding a visa.  

A Case FIR No. 91 u/s 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered at Cyber Crime Police Station on the complaint of Bhajan Singh, resident of 45/B, Chandigarh, alleging that he was cheated of Rs. 6,58,417/- in an online investment fraud.

No arrest has been made so far., the nvestigation of this case is in progress.
