Students of UEI Global Education, Sector 34, organized the Annual Food Festival Za’atar and Jeera-2025. The vibrant and unique celebration revolved around the theme of blending Lebanese and Punjabi cuisines, offering a delectable mix of international and Indian dishes.

Under the guidance of Chef Rizwan Shaikh from Pune and Chef Nitin Khandelwal from Delhi, the first-year students of the institute presented an electrifying fusion of two of the world’s most popular traditional and contemporary culinary heritages. The campus was beautifully decorated in line with the theme, and guests were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. From menu planning to preparing and serving the dishes, the new students managed the entire event with great responsibility.

Manish Khanna, Managing Director of UEI Global Education, stated on the occasion that the food festival provides a platform for first-year students to showcase traditional and modern culinary techniques, giving them an experience akin to that of a premium restaurant environment.

The new students gained much more than textbook knowledge, learning about hospitality, hotel management, as well as essential operational and managerial skills. Parents, guardians, relatives, and friends were invited as esteemed guests. They witnessed the creativity, confidence, and professional skills displayed by the students and were deeply impressed.

It is noteworthy that UEI Global Education, Chandigarh, has been providing such experiences and training to its students for the past 19 years to prepare them for a successful career both nationally and internationally, enabling them to grow academically and professionally. UEI Global Education operates nine state-of-the-art campuses across the country and is widely recognized as a leading institution in the fields of hotel management and business management.
