A customer of Airtel for over 20 years facing a huge problem to view dish tv at zirakpur in Mohali Distt. Punjab, despite no pending bills.
The complaint was lodged in different numbers of Airtel, but no engineer visited to customers after repeated request.
It may be recalled that one person visited on Sept. 17 and said the set box No. 1 complaint have been rectified , but there was no signal in both boxes,
Now the customer have decided to file case before the appropriate Consumer Forum.
