The two-day Talent Hunt 2025 was concluded at the DAV College here. The students enthusiastically participated in quiz, musical items: ghazals, songs, folk songs, group songs, shabad, bhajan, and folk dances: group dance, Bhangra, and Giddha. Their enthusiasm and excitement were palpable. Vimal Thatai, Mayor of Abohar, attended the event as the chief guest. Social activist Naresh Khurana was the special guest.

The Mayor encouraged the students to stay away from drugs, respect their parents and teachers while working hard to achieve their goals in life. Dr. Iqbal Singh Godara, Sarabjit Singh, Dr. Gurraj Singh Chahal, Sukhwinder Singh and Manik Kathuria served as judges. The winning students were honored with prizes.

Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Mahajan motivated the students to participate with the same enthusiasm and zeal, as creative activities, along with academics, can elevate a person's position in society. DAV College students have consistently earned a reputation for excellence in academics and creative activities. He expressed hope that the winning students will bring glory to the college in upcoming youth festivals and cultural events. He congratulated Dean EMA Dr. Varinder Kumar, Deputy Dean Dr. Gaurav Vij, Dr. Ritu Pasrija and the entire EMA team for organizing the event beautifully.
